I had the pleasure of working with this client for many months as we co-created her portrait. The ideas we had at the start pales in comparison to what was manifested. Everything happened at the right time.
When we decide to do a tryptic, I knew I was going to be incorporating digital mediums into the final work. I did most of the drawing and painting in Procreate on my iPad. I found an amazing local printer to print on canvas. Part of the canvas was masked off, and I did a gritty splatter painting over the background and sides.
It turned out so AMAZING. This artwork hangs on the wall behind her in her office and shows up on zoom … like a ‘f’ing boss! It was an absolutely pleasure to work with an amazing client on this one.
